    Made a small deposit in *********** They go through Gigadat. Money transferred from my bank account to Gigadat. They didn't transfer deposit to ********** account and now won't return money to me. Just give me run around. Dealing with ********** for 19 years and never had a problem till they started using these guys.

    As you did not reach out to our customer support team from the same email address the e-transfer was sent to, we requested you provide us the Interac reference number so we may further assist you. We have not received a follow up email from you with the requested information.
    The Interac Reference Number is a CASE sensitive alphanumeric reference assigned by Interac to every E-transfer through their services and is the only secure reference information shared between both the sending and receiving bank.
    The reason we need the Interac Reference Number is two-fold. The first reason is so we can locate the specific deposit in question; the second is so that we can verify you are the owner/sender of these specific funds.
    This is for security reasons to ensure we are not acting upon or providing information on a deposit to unauthorized persons.

    Very undesirable experience as every single person I spoke to Gave me the exact same answer and wouldn't listen to me about a deposit I never received or had returned into my account I can't prove it through email but it 100% was removed from my bank on Christmas day 2022 for $***** CAD and still fighting with them about it

    Interact etransfer never fails! Almost always instant deposits and withdrawals are verified by casino within the hour and I immediately receive email from casino informing me my withdrawl is processed. One minute later the email from Gigadat arrives. Money is in my account the next day or sometimes the day after, depending on the time of day I withdraw.     Someone hacked my minor child's bank account and e-transferred $800 to Gigadat without authorization, transaction code ********. This money was earned by a high school student working a part-time, minimum wage job.     Sent $10 via interac to a recipient who clears with Gigadat, message: ********.
    Recipient says my payment was cancelled, but both bank and Interac (whom I have called) have said that it was deposited.
    Where did my money go?
