    Froze membership due to credit card fraud. Decided to cancel. Membership was frozen. Then owner went and unfroze it and I am left paying for a fee from from credit card for a NSF when the card isn't active. Gym owner won't do anything and gives me the run around, *** **** **** ** ****** *** ****** ** ****** ** *****

    Customer hadn't read through the emails or completely understood the emails sent from corporate outlining/detailing how a freeze works (by billing cycle and not calendar month). 

    She asked to be placed on hold for the month of May, which she was starting May 14 and restarting June 14 (which was done and indicated on emails). She was to update her billing information with *** ******* (billing for ALL Anytime Fitness locations in North America) but ignored the emails/text/calls to fix her credit card, which was not updated with them. 

    She was emailed to contact the billing company to fix ASAP. To date, she has not updated her billing and *** ******* also has the right to send it to collections if they cannot update their records - hopefully this would be solved by then but she shouldn't ignore *** *******' contacts. 

    She needs to update her billing with *** ******* ***** ************** (she was provided this information and is outlined on her signed contract agreement)
