We had our hardwood floor refinished by Eco-Forest and they started peeling within three months. You will clearly see we did everything we could even when it wasn’t anything to do with us.

We offered them hotel stay and to redo the floor and no cost. But no they kept insisting on a free floor.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

His only offer is to put another coat on top of a bad coat which we've shown will not work, **** ****** **** ***** ****, so we don't see the point of doing all that for the same result. The floor is stained and you can't take the finish off without disturbing the stain. Our floors are too thin to resand and the only option now is a new floor. ** *** *** ******* *** * **** ***** *** ************ *** ******* *** *****. A new floor will cost much more than our refund would cover, so we will have a much bigger expense in the end. He also did not offer to put us in a hotel. ** **** *** ************** **** *** ** *******

      Sincerely,

      Kevin And Melanie *******

We are the pros not them. Whenever peeling happens we put people in hotel and recoat at no charge. Which we offered to them. They just want a free floor.
We have offered them to redo floor.
