    Date of wedding was June 30th. I paid them ******* in total for 1 bridal bouquet ****** 4 bridesmaids *** ***** ***)
7 boutoniers (no issue with these what so ever)

Upon delivery they were not removed to show me from the new paper. I didn't think that was all my flowers. She never asked how they were just a quick Glace and she was gone. I had no service where I was. Once I realized she left I got one of the girls to bring the bouquets out and they were NOTHING like what I wanted.

The bridal bouquets wasn't cascading as requested in my very first email. And alot smaller then what id asked for.
The pampas grass was all wilted and stuck together.

My bridesmaids bouquets had 2 -3 carnations each some greenery and what looked like slik stringy bits that was apparently supposed to be my pampas Grass.

It was the middle of my wedding day I had no service to try to contact them. My phone was on h+ (which can some times make calls. However the business doesn't have a phone number. I had to stop my makeup and run out to the middle of the parking lot on a friend's phone to get enough service to call my mom to go get more flowers.

    I have spent hours going back and forth with the business *** **** ***** ****** *** ***** ** ******* ** ***** * *******

I'm requesting ***** refund per bridesmaids bouquet as there was NO value to the flowers I received and ** plus tax which is what my mom spent to fix my bridal bouquet. A total of ******
The business has asked on 2 occasions what I wanted to see to make me happy. Which they completely disregarded and in turn said I can get ***** per bridesmaids bouquet and thats it.

There has been numerous contact back and forth with the complaint about her service with our business and how to solve this matter. To solve this matter, we offered a refund of $**+taxes a bridesmaid bouquet (totaling $******) and declined the $** as this was not purchased by us. As stated in the contract under Delivery "Upon delivery (or collection) the client assumes all responsibility and care for the flowers and design." Mrs. ****** continues to decline our offer and has harassed and threatened our business.

Mrs. ****** declined a consultation with our business and chose to communicate thru email instead. We provided as much information back and forth as to what Mrs. ****** wanted, and to stay as close to her budget as possible. Due to the choices Mrs. ****** had chosen and approved, there was a premium cost as the economical choices declined. There was a Mood board, Quote and Contract that was sent out to Mrs. ****** and was approved by signing the contract ******* *** ********** Increases in cost to the flowers were communicated on May 30th, 2023 and agreed upon June 9th, 2023 ******* *** ***** ********** ** *** ****** **********

Upon delivery, our drop off person had mentioned that everyone was happy and pleased with the flowers when the flower pieces were presented to Mrs. ****** and her bridal party. There were no comments or concerns made that anything needed to be adjusted or changed. Once the floral pieces have been delivered and accepted by the client this means the order has been fulfilled. Again, as stated in the contract under Delivery "Upon delivery (or collection) the client assumes all responsibility and care for the flowers and design."

Mrs. ******** wedding was Friday June 30th, 2023 and did not contact us that she was not pleased with her flowers until Sunday July 2nd, 2023. We do our best to ensure all our clients are happy upon delivery as this is when we can make any changes or adjustments. Because this was brought to our attention a couple days later, it did not give us a chance to ensure Mrs. ****** was satisfied. As again mentioned above they were accepted upon delivery.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I didn't decline the amount as in the emails I said it was not sufficient.

No one had given me a chance to say i wasn't happy. As stated a box filled with news paper was quickly brought to me. They also never showed me the boutonnières, that box was never even brought to me. So how they can possibly say i was happy is just factually impossible. Its also worth mentioning the person who dropped them off wasn't employed by them. Clearly had no idea what she was doing as she didn't even think to come show the bride. When the girl brought it I had no idea what i was looking at and was under the impression she was getting more flowers. She didn't say anything to me. They were never removed from the box and all the paper to show me what they looked liked. Soon as I did I was Absolutely devastated. My bouquet was not cascading. And they are still refusing to do anything about that. In my very first email I stated I wanted a large cascading bouquet.

    ** **** ***** * **** *** ******** ******* *** ***** ******* ** ******* *** ******** ** *** ****** *** **** **** **** * ****** *** **** * ***** *** *** *** * *** ******** *** ***** ** **** * *****

    *** ******** ******** ** **** *********

they are still not taking any accountability. They never gave me a phone number to call for the day of and I had no service to contact via Instagram afterwards as the app wouldn't load due to lack of service.

    **** *** ****** ** ** ****** ***** ****** ** ******* ***** **** **** * ******* *** *** ** ****** ***** ***** *** ***** ***** ** **** ****** ** **** * *******

    I'm absolutely disgusted that they have said I've declined payment. If said it's not enough and given them countless reasons as to why. For them to ignore me on more then one occasion. For multiple weeks. *** **** ******** ****** *** ********** ** ***** ** ******* ** ** ******** ***** * ******* ***** ** **** ************

We do over 50 weddings a year in winnipeg and last year roughly 70 throughout Mexico. I** *** ***** ** *** ** ****. I had a quote done from ******** which was *** ish dollars. I decided to spend more going with prairie stem because (I wanted to support Tessa as I worked with her before, and I thought since they were younger they might be more on trend)

    I know what a cascading bouquet is which is why I specialize asked for that. ** *** ***** ***** ******** *** *** ******* *** *** *** ********** **** * ***** **** ** *** ****** *** ****** *** *** ******** *** *** *********** **** ******** ****** **** * **** ***** **** ************ ****** *** *** ****** * *****

We have tried to solve this matter with Mrs ****** with what we can offer and the reasons behind it. Unfortunately,  Mrs ****** brought the issues to our attention two days after the wedding which did not give us the chance to fix the flowers to her satisfaction. We are still offering the $**+Taxes per bridesmaid bouquet as this was the original complaint. We can not refund anymore due to our time, cost of materials etc.
