  In August of 2022 I had called Foundation Pro after getting water in my basement in the spring. Lloyd Harder attended my home and gave me an estimate of $****** to dig the perimeter of my house, seal the exterior basement walls, create 4 weeping tile drains leading to my main sewer line (they ended up "Y-ing 2 of the lines together which apparently is not up to code), and pour new cement pads under 2 of my teleposts in the basement. I agreed and his workers started at the end of September.
  His workers who evidently didn't have the best work ethic broke numerous items in my house and yard. I'm not even sure why but they took both of my basement windows out of the frame breaking the open/close mechanisms and didn't bother to tell me. Numerous attempts were made to fix them, each time I was told they were good and when I went to check the windows fell out of the frame. I am still not convinced they have been completely repaired and am afraid to open them. They broke my front fence by ramming it with wheelbarrows filled with mud, a lousy attempt to fix this was made by a woman who showed up putting a couple of screws into the fence bracket. They repeatedly removed sections of my fence on the North side of my yard which I will admit is on the older side but instead of removing it carefully they just hammered the fence board off breaking approximately 6 boards. They removed and replace the sections so many times that they eventually snapped one of the fence posts off at the ground and did not secure the section to the other post leaving it to lean into my neighbours yard.
  They left a terrible mess in my basement multiple times and used my own spade (wrecking the nice sharp tip) and my buckets I use for hauling water to the lake to mix cement in leaving them ruined. They also left candy wrappers and pop bottles strewn about my yard, and dumped wood I had under my deck in my neighbours yard which I had to collect the next spring. They never replaced the mud under my deck to the level it was before they started leaving the top portion of my basement wall exposed.
  They knocked my gas line from being secured to my house and did not replace my downspouts securely.
  Lloyd was constantly calling me for money even though the job wasn't close to being done *** *** ******* ********** ** ** ********* * *** **** **** ** ****** ****** ***** ********** * ****** ** **** ****.
  When the work was mostly complete, I started to ask about the fence post and board repairs and the extra fill needed under my porch. Lloyd said that the fence couldn't be fixed until sometime in May when the frost was out of the ground and he would add the fill at that time.I have since called him numerous times (from different friend's phone as he has blocked mine) each time being told a date which never happens.
  This is been going on just shy of a year now causing me much stress and anxiety.
