We were pretty stressed when we had water leaking into the basement through a couple of cracks and tie holes after the heavy rain this spring. We wanted to avoid having to dig up the paver patio to repair this from the outside. Myles came to out examine the areas, and assured us that this could be repaired from the inside. He explained the process thoroughly, and gave us an estimate. He was able to complete the 2 step repair process on 2 separate days, leaving the work site tidy each day. Myles was great to work with, very personable, flexible to accommodate our schedule, and came when he said he would! We have had a dry basement since, and there has been a lot of rain this summer to test the repair! We are also pleased with their 10 year warranty.
