    I helped my elderly mom by getting her quotes and choosing the business to do the job. * **** ****** **** **** *** ****** ******* *** ** ******* **** *** ****** I was quite happy with meeting Jeff briefly and even though his quote was not the lowest we decide to go with TFR. That was a mistake, he charged my mom $***** and removed 2 half small walls in the basement that had mold on it right away, then he "ghosted" her and never came back to finish the job. She finally got ahold of him after over a month of waiting and trying to reach him and he had no time "now" to finish the job (that was quoted) in the timeline that was discussed. He said now that the mold is gone there is no rush, she said he did not sound like he was interested at all so she moved on and called another that gave us a quote that was less. I had her wait a long time as I really thought they would reach out and finish the job and was in shock they left her hanging like that. * ** *** ********* ***** ********** *******

    Total Foundation Rescue saved my basement from flooding and restored my peace of mind.
    Water was running in through my foundation during a heavy rainstorm. Jeff ******** answered and responded to my desperate phone call on a weekend Sunday night. He went above and beyond in helping me to get through to the next day. Jeff and his staff were then on site quickly to seal the leak before further rainfall.
    Not only was Jeff responsive and quick to fix the problem, he was compassionate, supportive, polite and friendly.

    TFR repaired a crack in my foundation and installed a sump pump in my basement. The sump pump works well and the leak in my basement is fixed. The team worked quickly and carefully cleaned everything up after the job. I'm happy with the results.
