    One month after purchase my wife contacted the store to request warrantee repair for seat failure , but never received a call back. When I contacted the store month ago , and received a call back from Nate , he agreed to come check it out , but never showed. After many e-mails to the service center , I am told to take my complain back to the store where they refuse to deal with me. Both my wife and I are in our 80 "s , so need help to resolve this.

    The electric reclining sofa
    was purchased in the Palliser warehouse in Winnipeg with a 2 year warranty.

    Unfortunately the original complaint was not submitted to our customer care team from our retail team. We now have all the corresponding information and photos. At this point we will be reaching out to Mr.***** to offer an in home inspection and repair in January. We will make this right for Mr ******

    We bought this sofa at ******. We were told by the sales person that it is genuine leather everywhere a body touches it and it would not crack like phony leather.     I purchased custom upholstered beds from Palliser Furniture. The upholstery used is flimsy, doesn't hold up, and is not as pictured online or in their catalogue. Since they dont accept returns, they sent out the beds knowing I'll have to take the loss. I have been reaching out since I received the beds and I was recently told that they won't do anything.

At this time they do not have any open complaint under this name and have been asked to reach out to the consumer directly to get more information.
