I bought a stacker washer and dryer set, I mentioned to the sales person Mehtab ***** that I needed it to be stacked and would myself and others are able to reach the dryer controls. He said yes no problem they are all on the bottom when the two men came to deliver the set on Saturday morning they did not have a stacking kit and no knowledge or note it was required, the same morning I went to the store the salesman was not working that day told to come back discuss with him another day, I had to buy the stacking kit for eighty dollars and reschedule an install date what was the following Tuesday, I had to interrupt my vacation time outside of Winnipeg to be home for the install men. when I went back to the store to talk to Mehtab he denied any knowledge of a stacking kit required. the two different delivery tow man crew were very good efficient polite men. there are many other places to purchase from in and around Winnipeg. have the feeling once they have a person's money no need for customer service.
