    We hired Garage Masters to build our double garage in August of this year, 2024. They came out and we explained what we wanted as our old pad between the house and the garage would pool water during melt in the spring and when it rained. We said we wanted the pad set up so that water would not go towards the house. That was one of our main concerns. They removed all of the old garage, garage floor and the pad. There was a fence that was between the house and garage which we asked to be removed, as they would need to remove it anyways during construction. Once the garage floor and pad were poured, we noticed that not only was the pad not square, but that the garage floor was uneven. They built the garage, put in our overhead door and that’s when you could really tell the floor was uneven. There was a gap under part of the overhead door. They added a larger strip on the bottom of the door to ‘fix’ their error. It rained one of the days, and I noticed that the rain heads straight for our house. There is also a low spot where water will pool. I have brought all my concerns to Garage Masters, and even met with them to discuss the issues I have. They came out, looked around, said this is how things are done, then asked for the final payment. Nothing has been done to correct any of the issues with the garage floor or the pad. They said they could maybe put a small curb against the house in the spring, but that we would have to pay to have the stucco fixed first. There was nothing wrong with the stucco before we had the new pad put in. We have given the company many times to try to correct the issues we have brought up. They were supposed to come back to add foam in the bottom of the garage door so it wouldn’t bunch up, and I am still waiting. I do not have an issue paying for services, once the job is complete. This job is not complete, as they haven’t addressed the problems.

    Garage Masters would like to again clarify that there has been numerous emails exchanged with the customer and several more since the last response. The communications have been in regard to the issues that have been raised by the customer which we have always been committed to addressing and have stated so several times. We have also met again with the customer on-site and have come to an understanding on how and when the issues will be rectified. Garage Masters is pleased that we were able to discuss the issues with the customer on-site and looks forward to completing the work necessary to resolve the issues.
