    Hello. Regarding Overhead Door of Winnipeg Ltd. The repairman drove over my lawn, sidewalk and my concrete splash plate that was part of my driveway. The concrete was busted into pieces and he left a tire imprint over my lawn. He parked way to close to the door. The repairman *** ***** ***** ********* *** proceeded to repair the damaged guide wheel at the bottom. He used a screwdriver and bent back the guide railing. I stated that I would just call someone else. He assured me that he had over 29 years of experience and knew what he was doing. I allowed him to finish. I asked for him to check the door to see if it was functioning alright. He pushed the button to see the door open and close and said they would send out an invoice of the repairs and that it was $****** just for the call out. I thanked him anyway. I sent the business a text message and an email with pictures of the damage. My neighbour came by to see the damage. Later another neighbour came by and noted the damage. If he would have acknowledged it and apologized I would have disregarded the incident. I have had other contractors pull up on the driveway as he did but did not cause any damage. ** ******** * *** ******* ******** *** *** *** ******* *********** The repairman also left the guide rail bent from the screwdriver. I fixed it with a pair of pliers. * ** ******* **** ****** *** ********* The disgruntled repairman may not of intentionally caused the damage but knew because he walked by the broken concrete under his rear tire. * **** ** ******* **** ****** **** **** ******* **** **** *** ***** **** ******** ******
