    On December 5, 2022, I made the mistake of visiting the automatic car wash on Gateway in Winnipeg. The pressure was intense in the car wash, as felt by the rocking of my truck in the wash. I contacted the Head Office on Prairie Way, and was met with less than satisfying comments. There was no apology regarding my FACTORY decals becoming cracked (due to the force of the jets) and subsequently damage to the driver and passenger door, where the decals are so damaged that they will have to be replaced. Yes, I am aware that after market accessories could be damaged or blown off. These were not aftermarket, and have been on the vehicle for over 10 years.
    It seems that this carwash has issues with too much pressure *** ******** ** ****** ******* and yet the Head Office couldn't care less. When I sent photos of the damage, their comment was that the damage to the factory decals could in no way be related to their car wash. * ***** I go into the car wash.. decals intact.. I come out.. decals are cracked and washed off.. Of course, by the time I had someone review my issues.. the camera footage was long deleted.

    My $* car wash has turned into a $*** repair. I will NEVER go to that station again, *** *** *** *** ********** *** *** *** ***** ******** *** *****
