Car wash damage occurred on January 23/2025 at approximately 1:15pm at RedRiver Co-op **** ********* **** The fixed car antenna on the roof of my car at the back( antenna approximately 8 inches long) was pulled from its base by one of the car wash brushes. Estimated cost of repairs approximately $****** provided by the ******i dealership on McPhillips. The vehicle is a 2015 Sante Fe Sport gray in colour. I have spoken to the manager, Mr. Abdul ****** at that location . He told me to contact Head Office. I was instructed to contact Mr. Randy ********* , Red RiverCo-op Operations Director. To date ( as of Jan.29th) I have not received a response to my request to discuss this matter. I am of the opinion that Red River Co-op has to assume responsibility for such an occurrence in their car wash. I am definitely not at fault and incidentally was informed that the brush wash was more effective in cleaning the car when I purchased the ticket wash code # *******

Received recently an email from Anna ******** , gas bar operations manager for Red River Co-op, indicating that their video footage review absolves RedRiver Co-op from any responsibility to damage to the radio antenna on my vehicle. I sent them photos of the damage to my antenna and an invoice of the cost of the parts affected . Before I drove into the car wash( brushes) there was nothing wrong with my antenna- it definitely was intact and not damaged at that time. When I drove home and parked the vehicle in my garage for a wipe-down I noticed that there was no antenna and upon closer examination noticed that the antenna had been detached from its base causing damage to the base as well. When I brought this to the attention of the parts manager at the ******* dealership he informed me that this was not the result of a loose antenna but the result of the antenna being wrapped around by the brushes and subsequently being yanked off its base causing damage because as he explained the damaged end of the antenna has a fragment of the base  still attached to the antenna. I feel that the least RedRiver Co-op could do would be to cover my deductible of ****** to AutoPac. I have an appointment set up with AutoPac in March.
