    I cancelled my membership August 2021 and they informed me one more withdrawal would need to come out for September 2021, which it did. Fair.
    I get a call November 2022 regarding an “outstanding balance” and that they were threatening to take me to collections. I called back twice, left a voicemail to clear up confusion, and never received a call back.
    I also emailed them as a follow-up in an attempt to rectify the situation and clean up the mess, and documented my communication of course. Never received a response. I assumed they had a clerical error and do not want to admit to being in the wrong, so I left it ‘as is.’
    I received another email, October 19/ 2023, regarding my still outstanding balance. I emailed them again promptly after receiving the email and I finally got a response.
    They have apparently tried contacting me several times regarding the balance and have now sent it to collections (I have never missed a payment in my life and value my credit score). If they had ************ attempted to contact me and wanted a response, I would have been more than happy to oblige. Again, I reached out, and they ignored my efforts.
    I sent them screenshots of my correspondences and my bank statement to prove I made the payment for September 2021.
    I have yet to receive a response - and a copy of my cancellation document as well (which they said they have sent me, but I received nothing).
    Obviously I am frustrated, disappointed, and angry. I am seeking a resolution, but to no avail as of yet.
