    We recently had an unfortunate in person client dealing with the administrative staff at this location on west portage. We went to rectify the payment miscommunication which was on their end. We currently are on a reduced income during my maternity leave and we were waiting on a decision for government subsidy when this occurred. We were given a payment arrangement of which we did abide by and have payment information sent to the rep Barbara and we had assumed the payment would be taken that same day which it was not due to their *********** staff not doing there job. Instead Monday morning we were given an immediate account closure even though we did pay on time the payment information was provided to the rep the same day the 19th after 3 pm. The rep claimed she never got the email and that our daycare service was now terminated and both children were not allowed to attend the center. We went directly to the administrative location from the daycare with both of our children with us and the intent was to pay the balance and provide email proof that this was not our fault but it was a miscommunication with their staff and we'd like the account closure to cease due to that. The rep we met was extremely rude demeaning in how she spoke down to us in front of our kids and in a public place. I wanted to rectify the situation but the person we spoke to was not willing to help us she was extremely unprofessional and had no idea of any of the details to why were even there looking for resolution on a mistake that was on them. She immediately indicated the account was closed and she can't help us she never acknowledged that this was being wrongfully handled due to someone at their location not doing their job and taking our payment the day we provided the email details on the 19th and because of that we now have had our entire life turned upside down because of someone else not doing their job. The facility itself was amazing my son loved it there we never had issues
