I spent 50 days to fix my AC unit in the middle of the summer. My unit was in warranty because it fixed in 2018. I bring in another company to fix it and they said the compressor does not work They refused to fix it and they did not want to talk with us. Finally my husky dog about to die so I replaced my AC. You might use this company if you want to make a lot of trouble for you, and they are *********** Now my Ac unit is through away in the backyard which I payed more than $6,000

Yes – quite the experience. Our tech was there for 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with your ac. Firstly, I would like to remind you that the first company was in your home before us and change the transformer as they were called in to fix your furnace. This was not disclosed to us until after the two hours we spent there that the fuses were blowing only after they changed the transformer which is what you told me. 4 Seasons has not been in your home since install Aug 29, 2018 – no maintenance or problems to be had with our install as we haven’t heard from you. We try our best but sometimes, it is not enough. As long as we are dealt with respect – we go above and beyond. The outside unit comes fully built from manufacturer, therefore, we do not add parts inside unit when we install. The parts are still under warranty and you have never paid us as we weren’t able to give you a diagnostic as to why your fuses were popping. I don’t see the problem here. As nothing was owing to you, we told you that warranty work can be done by any other Trane dealer as you didn’t seem happy with our service.
