    Great experience dealing with Furnasman. My furnace quit unexpectedly after hours and they were quick to respond and were at my door with a couple hours to have repaired. Excellent customer service from the call taker right to the technician, Nikki, who showed up to repair. Nikki was absolutely top noche. I can say they will be my first phone call when the time does come for a full replacement of my furnace and AC.

    The guy who did come all the way out to my place on Tuesday ****** * ****** *** ***** *** was absolutely fabulous. He was efficient and checked over things that probably should have been done when the furnace was installed. Wonderful person!

    We are happy with the furnace and water heater, but not happy about the amount of humidity we are getting daily. We had someone out today… Brian… and he has given us some suggestions. We will try these out, and get back to him to let him know.

    So happy to have Nikki perform the annual furnace inspection. Not only did she arrive early, she was so friendly and cheerful. Nikki was very thorough with her work, she took the time to explain things, make recommendations and even provide different options. I will definitely be requesting Nikki for any future maintenance calls!

    I have used this company for years and always been completely satisfied with the service. Their techs are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I bought my current high efficiency furnace from them in 2005 and it’s still working. Only repair was to replace mother board

    Jeff showed up on time (earlier than expected) for my annual heat maintenance service, which was great! Did his thing going through every item on the maintenance checklist, made notes where needed, and asked if I had any questions, issues or concerns about the system. A friendly guy, very professional, and gave what I would consider an overall great service. Thanks Jeff!

    He treated my home as carefully as though it were his own.
    He quickly determined that my fireplace only needed a maintenance service, which he did quickly and thoroughly.
