****** ********* ***** ***** Had an extremely bad experience with ******** *********** who installed a furnace/heat pump far too small for the house and did not take responsibility. Green Department took it out and put a new one in and it was less than a day before we had good, proper sized heat. The other company said it would be too hard to vent a new high efficiency furnace but these guys did it with ease. ****** *************! Thanks Lito, Mark, and crew! Job was done in a day for the furnace and water tank replacement. Recommended an electrical panel upgrade as well which was done on a different day.
Overall experience was great. We cannot wait to see how our hydro bill will change moving forward as it replaced a super old furnace and tank.

We're very happy and satisfied with the services rendered to us by Green Dept Heating and Air-conditioning. The guys were really polite, respectful, well equipped with knowledge and skills with the tasks they were assigned to. They worked really fast and the result was very satisfactory. We will never have a second thought in recommending them to our family and friends. Mr. Lito Mendoza is very accommodating welcoming. He listened and compromised to what we need. He is always our go to person since we started looking for a company to do our furnace. Thank you very much Green Dept and to all the wonderful staff who worked hard to finish our furnace in just a day. We are looking forward working with you again in the future.

Had a problem with furnace at about 4am today. Decided to do some basic troubleshooting but it didn't work. My furnace is fairly new and is about 3yrs. Called Green Department HVAC, they identified and fixed the problem efficiently.
I will leave it to the pros next time around.
