We had our house built by Broadview, exactly a year ago when we took possession. Back in July we had our basement started and when we called *** ***** ******** ******** to have it inspected (framing) so we can start closing, we learned from them that our house never had its final inspection (the concrete was poured without RRPD inspecting the plumbing that Broadview installed and even the entire house wasn’t inspected, yes we took possession of a house that was not inspected) **** **** ** *** * **** ** ****** *** it took them a month to take good care of it, after *** ***** inspected the work that they did it failed, our basement was not insulated properly and something else that they can’t discuss because it wasn’t us who applied for that permit (we have our own permit for our framing) now they are not even putting our house in “priority” and moved the scheduled appointment we have for them to fix their mistake.
I keep messaging and emailing their head office and now ignoring me.
      ** *** **** * ***** **** ** ***** ***** ** **** ******* ****** **** *** ********** ****** *** make sure that your house is inspected before moving in.
As of now our house (basement) is still under construction and still waiting for them to fix their mistake so we can all move on.
