    Signed with Kensington Homes in 2021 in a new development (phase 1), our house has been delayed multiple times with 6 possession dates and still waiting for it if it will be done. Other houses around the area gets to be finished before ours, such as their show homes at different neighborhoods and now for sale, and new layout plan. Even phase 2 house that they just started to build this year, has a driveway already. * **** ********* ******** **** *********** not sure about their 50 years in business with this type of progress.

    Today after my first experience with Kensington, I would think twice, or better at least 3 times, before buying a house with them, especially an unfinished one.
    The sales part of the business is amazing, when you go to select the cabinets, flooring, doors, etc... is magic. However, if you accepted to receive the house and it's unfinished, for them to complete... it may take "forever", especially if it goes beyond the "one year" warranty period. *** **** *** ** **** ** **** ***** * ********* **** ** **** ******* **** ******* ** ** ** ****** *** ******* ******** ******** *** **** **** ** **** * ********* **** *** ********** ******** ********** ******.
    It's been 2+ years, March 2021, since I bought my house with Kensington and they haven't finished the masonry on the porch of the house yet.
    Think at least 3 times before doing business with this company.
