    We live at *** ****** ***** ***** ********* *** The builder, Maric Homes, built the houses on our right and on our left in 2021. In the process of building those homes, they damaged parts of our landscaping. The president, Dan *****, came to our door and asked us to be careful and told us that the damage would be fixed by their landscaping team. ** **** **** **** ** ** ***** ***** * **** ** ** ******** ** **** ****** They told us they are going to fix it after they finish grading the two lots. The grading was completed in September 2022 and they still have not fixed it. We have followed up but they do not respond. **** ******** ******** ** *** *********** ****** ** *** ******* ** ***** ***** *** * ******* ******* *** ***** ** ***** **** **** *** ************ The stepping stones are no longer on a levelled ground (someone almost fell on one of them and we shared that with them - and it still resulted in no action by them), the edging has mostly fallen off, black granite stones fell in the lot as they were digging, and there are uneven areas by the side of our lot. This issue has been ongoing and remains unresolved despite several attempts to get them to follow-through with their statement of restoring it to the original condition. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in having Maric homes follow through and fix the landscaping, especially that some of the stepping stones are not on levelled ground and can be a safety risk.

    We appreciate the opportunity to provide our perspective on this matter regarding one of our neighboring properties. In the past, we have had Maric representation speak with the homeowner, both in person and via email, and explain we would have the landscaping brought back to “as was” condition or better *** ***** ** *** ***** ************** ******** ** **** **********. We have had our site team document the site throughout the course of construction up until recently for our records as well, so we fully understand our responsibility of the repair work. We understand the repair has taken longer then expected as our plan was to tie this in/repair once our homeowner had completed their landscaping. As we understand the homeowners concern with unlevel ground/stepping stones, we are doing our best to schedule this in as soon as possible. We will repair the side yard as soon as we can attend to this matter as it is not our intention to delay getting the repair completed.
