    Ordered a reclining bed from Omnimall through **** ***. **** *** promised delivery window and text updates. Originally the shipper was to be ****** **** and I was provided with a tracking number. Tracking showed "waiting for pick up" during the entire time of this ridiculous experience. Eventually I get a tracking number from a company called ***** No updates. Contacted **** ****** ** Omnimall who kept being vague about what was going on about the delay of the shipment. Absolutely no help. Two days ago, I contacted Omnimall again and advised them to give me a delivery window, and when they find the item, not to ship it on a particular day, since there would be no one to receive it. I came home on that day and found the 100 lb. package on my front lawn leaning against my stairs. I am 76 years old. I need help to carry it into the house so it sat on my front lawn until help arrived. I receive the item two weeks after I placed the order, altough Omnimall claim shipment within 1-2 days. My emails to Omnimall go through **** **** and they did not at all get involved, which surprised me. I tried to contact **** *** and it was totally impossible. Very dissapointed in **** *** as well, for allowing this third party vendor in their system. ****** ***** ** *** **** **** *********
