Purchased 5 pair of compression stockings for $******.
Company did not send my stockings.
Company stopped replying to emails and phone calls.
Phone is now out of service.
Emails are returned as undeliverable.

Credit card company will do nothing because it is beyond the 120-day window to file a dispute.

I ordered six pairs of compression stocks on May 05, 2022, but only four were received. AccuCare still owes me two pairs. I have been sending emails and calling the company, but with no success. I paid $417.35, less a rebate of $73.65 for each pair, which cost around $57.28. I would like to receive a refund for the compression socks.

I bought 3 pairs of compression stocking from Accucare in July! I paid over 300 dollars and got 80 percent back from **** *****!But, have been waiting almost 5 months for delivery! I phoned many times and no return calls!Finally had to go through restaurant next door to get a phone call!That was a month ago!Right now the phone number does not work!! Following my visit to your good office last Oct 6, 2022, I am formally filing my complaint against Accucare Canada(Compression Tharapy Sevices) for ****** ** telling **** during my transaction with them.
Below is the chronology of events based on my recollection:
Sept 8, 2022 - I booked an appointment with them on the premise from their assurance that I may be able to claim my benefits for this purchase from ** **** *****.
Sept 12, 2022 - Appointment date at their office Main Floor-400 Tache Ave. The lady staff whom I have transacted with reassured me again that I can claim my purchase with **** *****. I paid $480.00 for the purchase of 3 pairs of Compression Stockings and was told that I may get a call and receive the item in 3 weeks time. I was given 2 sets of Invoice/Receipts, my copy and for **** ****** Immediately submitted to **** ***** office the papers for my claim of benefits.
Sept 19, 2022 - I received an email from **** ***** that my claim was denied for reason that the provider (Accucare) was not eligible with **** ***** on the date of service.
Sept 26, 2022 - I phoned Accucare(*************) but found out that the number was no longer in service. I visited their office and noticed from their door a new contact number**************) and nobody is around in the office. I phoned **** ***** and I learned that Accucare was not eligible with them effective Sept 7.
Sept 27 - Oct 1 - I made numerous calls with them*************** but have not received a call back. Likewise, I have inserted notes in their office but I have received no response.
Oct 6, 2022 - During this last visit in their office where I found out that they are no longer holding office there, they moved to a new location as per employee in the building.
In view of the above circumstances, I demand a full refund of my money *** ****** ** ****** ***** ***** **** **** ******

Purchased 3 pair Sigvaris 20-30 mm medical compression stockings cost $110.00 per pair, like I have been doing for years and paid for same. After waiting for delivery phoned (2 months) Diane ******* and was advised supply chain shut down due to covid. Finally received 1 pair oh July 22. I have since talked to her on several occasions and am still waiting for 2 pair of stockings. I continue to leave messages but have had no response.Initial Complaint

On Feb 24, I ordered 4 pairs of ******** compression stockings from Accucare Canada website and paid $345.78 ($39.78 was refunded for discount|), order # *****************, but it has never been shipped on excuse of logistics delay because of Covid. I called them and sent several emails asking for shipment updates or refund my payment but they never replied.
In July I received an email from *** **** **** advising AccuCare has transitioned to *** **** ****. On July 27 communicated with *** **** **** and was advised the order would be shipped once everything was under control. On Sept 06, | called and sent text message to *** **** **** and was advised orders previously placed with AccuCare would not be shipped by the the new company and was advised to settle the dispute with Accucare .
On Sept 6, I called my credit card issuer*** ************ was advised because it is now already past their deadline of 120 days from the default shipping date which they calculated as March 30, there was nothing they could do to help.
Now I have no one to help me get my order shipped or get my money back ($306), therefore this complaint.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Accucare Canada on May 16, for 4 compression socks and paid a total of $440.30 immediately on the order date.
Before placing the order, I tried contacting their office via their business phone number and no one ever answered. It went straight to voicemail every single time. It is hard to believe all 8 hours of a business day, every single day of the week no one answers.
Till date I still have not received my order and am unable to reach them via a phone, no one returns my multiple voicemails, and most recently their emails bounce back and emails cannot be delivered to their business email address.
On June 10 via email they informed me they were expecting 2 of the 4 socks to arrive within the next 5 to 10 Days and the remaining 2 pairs were still in production ques. I was fine to receive 2 of the 4 pairs now, and wait to receive the other 2 later on, as it would help with my medical condition in the interim.
On Jul6, I followed up with them again, and asked for an update on the 2pairs of socks. They replied on Jul12 saying I will receive a ****** ******** tracking number shortly. I received the ****** **** tracking number via the ****** email they use. The email indicated the item was shipped. I checked the **website and it said expected delivery date was July 18, so I was waiting.
On July 27, ** website said item is still delayed, so I called to check the status of the delivery. ** said Accucare never delivered the shipment to them (i.e. **) for delivery to me, they only printed a label. Despite me receiving a ****** email& email from an individual at Accucare saying the item was shipped. I find this to be very deceitful. I have since tried to email them and have been receiving bounce back emails. So now I cannot even contact them via email. I would like this to be resolved and receive my order in a timely fashion.
