    My family's experience with this agency was a complete disappointment. The quality of the service we received was poor. This agency sent caregivers that were not qualified to provide the care we required and signed a contract for. *** ******** *** ********* **** ****** ** *** *** ****** ** **** ** ******** *** ******* ****** The owner Elba **** involved herself when we put forth a complaint regarding the incompetent care but unfortunately over promised and under delivered. During a phone conversation she offered to rectify the issue of incompetent care by sending a new hire to train with an experienced caregiver. She said that she would pay for her new trainee's orientation shift and our family would pay for the experienced caregiver's shift. When we received the invoice there was a charge for both the trainee and the experienced caregiver's shifts. When asked to correct the invoicing error, the request was denied by a payroll employee and the nurse manager claiming that clients are responsible to pay for staff's orientation. This is completely false. Elba **** would not respond any emails regarding the invoicing inquiry. She *** ********* *** lacked the integrity follow through on her word. She was boastful of how she has been in business since 1996 but fails to recognize her wrong doings *** **** *** ******** ** *** **********. ** ********** **** ********* ****** **** **** **** ** *** *** ********** ***** ***** **** *** **** ** ************ ** ******** **** **** ********** *** *** **** ******** **** ******* Keep your correspondence by email rather than on the phone ** ******** **** ******** *********** *** ****** **** ***** **** ** *** ***** *** **** ** **** * ********* ********
