      "Mark" does not even leave a last name on his web site (Nivervile) sight. Nor does he post what his qualifications actually are - just says "highly qualified".
      He made ***** claims that the home was structurally unsound and was a safety hazzard for CO from a "cracked" furnace and that there was no CO monitor, which there was one in the house. This was all verified by our highered contractor, the fire dept and a Plummer.
      He made these ***** claims to a potential buyer, and made reports to tenants and to the realestate agent. This inspection comes with suggested work ***** ***** **** **** * **** to get hired for unnecessary work to be done.

      Mark was super amazing during our inspection! It is our first home and he was such a good resource. Patiently explained everything and gave us tips on home maintenance in general. The report that is provided afterwards is also fantastic. Very detailed and clearly laid out. ***** **********
