  PHS renovations finished our basement for us and WOW! We are so happy with how everything turned out, and i mean everything. From the day the team showed up to the end of the project, everyone was professional, friendly, and cared about us and our space.   This renovation needed to happen fast and it did! PHS moved quickly for us to get our new house ready for us to move in with my senior mom. We are so, so, so happy with the beautiful reno that they did!

  Just recently moved into a new home and wanted some renovations done to make some of long-standing tech goals a reality. To be honest, I was hesitant about hiring a contractor thinking that they might not do the renos in a way that I wanted. But seeing the results, I have no regrets picking these guys.
  Chase came by and did a quick runup of what I wanted, then spent like 6 hours with me across 2 nights working on a quote and figuring out how to do what I wanted within my budget. Super accommodating too; guy managed to get my house interior painted with like a weekend out of me moving in and restructured the entire quote after I got hit with some unexpected bills.
  After that, Stephanie came by with Brandon to do onsite planning, working out more specifics on how things were going to get done. Turns out a lot more material planning goes into this than I thought and I was happy to have them carry the lions share of the work on that.
  After everything, I'm now a happy nerd with 14 Cat6 ethernet runs all over his house leading to a new centralized server in the basement; lines were beautifully run by Brandon with no kinking or undue pressure on the cables. Lines run to rooms, outside for cameras, and the ceiling for WiFi. They also did work to upgrade my electric panel to support my rack; can't speak too much on that since I'm not an electrician, but it definitely works. Aside from the tech stuff and the paint work around the house, they replaced all the lights with LEDs and even managed to fix my shower stall from leaking (I was just about ready to get it replaced, but Graham came back 3 seperate times to try and fix it and saved me a ton on that).
  Overall I'm very satisfied with the work and will be hiring these guys again for future renovations.

  We had so many things done over the last couple years I don’t know where to start. Floors, counters, cabinets, windows and doors, painting, the fence, the tub and so on. The work done was always great and we loved the choices of finishes available. The service has been outstanding though. We had a little issue with our sink and they immediately sent someone to come and fix it, and when I reached out to ask a question about my door having some trouble Chase was all over it to get someone sent.   First off, I’d like to thank Chase, Mark, Brandon & team for changing my negative perception of building contractors. They proved it can be done ethically and with work to stand by. We underwent an extensive completion of our roughed basement this past summer. Numerous trips to our location prior to start of project, complete with 3D virtual walkthrough and were communicating extensively throughout the entire project. Attention to detail and professionalism is very evident as they advised on numerous required changes and confirmed of our approval. I would say we were challenging clients in the sense that we had a vision but no idea how to make it come to life. PHS MADE THIS HAPPEN FOR US! I’m very pleased to say I’m enjoying our finished basement daily and look forward to having them complete 5 more of our home based projects. **** ** ********* **** ** ****** * **** ** they align with doing things the right way Vs. the cheapest way.   My wife and I purchased an older home outside of the city that was in dire need of a basement upgrade—not only because it was a throwback to a bygone age (complete with fake wood wall panels, spotty fluorescent lighting, old single-pane windows, and a bar that had long outlived its style/usefulness), but because we also wanted a second bathroom and a space to entertain our guests.
  After several false starts, we were losing hope that we could actually get our renovations done at all, as both the amount of planning and potential labour costs involved were making them look prohibitive. Thankfully, it was at that point we received a referral from one of my co-workers who had recently hired PHS to redesign/rebuild their kitchen in a similarly older home. Indeed, a lot of the issues surrounding their home’s age/brush with the stylings of the 1970s were similar to ours, which is why we thought we’d give PHS a try. Suffice to say—and based on our overall experience and results—we couldn’t have made a better decision.
  In a nutshell, PHS was a one-stop shop, where we were able to find everything that we needed to make our renovations possible. They helped us out with the initial design process (using 3D walkthroughs), and showed us a number of possible layouts for the basement. Once that was done, they came out to the house on several occasions before work had started to confirm where things were to be built, and to ensure we were fully satisfied with the way everything was moving forward. Once construction began, they stayed in constant touch, quickly addressing any questions or concerns that we may’ve had.
  Bottom line, they were on target (and on budget!) at every step along the way, which made our lives a lot less stressful, and the results appreciated that much more. A special shoutout to Chase, Mark, Brandon, Steph, and Courtney—all of whom were outstanding representatives of their company, and who went the extra distance to making our home what it is today.

  The gentleman was kind and efficient. Did pre work scan with me the customer to verify work expectations. No further requirements from me till job completed where another scan was performed to approve work. All done professionally well ******** **

  We had work done on our house June 2024 to repair drywalling from a roof leak. We were given a quote and a timeframe. We found the quote to be fair. The work was completed within the given timeline. The workers were excellent. The work went way beyond what we expected as the painter made sure to tie in with the existing work. The workers communicated well with us as to what had to be done and when it would be accomplished. We would most definitely use this company again!!!
