    This company keeps sending me emails claiming that I owe them money. I have never done business with them, they have never provided me anything, the only contact we have is them sending me a ***** bill on an inconsistent basis. The initial amount of money they claim I owe was 0$, however the amount keeps arbitrarily increasing, it is now at *****$ CAD.

    In june 2024 I was called by my internet provider (******* *******) saying that they would be getting acquired by a new corporation (Altima Telecom). Upon learning this, I called to tell them to stop billing me, and that I did not want to do business with the corporation that took over ******* ******* due to not knowing anything about them nor their practices. In the weeks that followed, my payment cycle ended and I switched to another provider that was cheaper and faster. I was contacted without solicitation by Altima Telecom with all sorts of offers, but I made it clear to them that I would not be making business with them. A few months later, I received a bill for the amount due of 0$. Now, about a year later, it has increased arbitrarily to around $.

    I want Altima Telecom to strike any amount that they expect to collect from me off their records, I want them to ensure this does not impact my credit rating by clarification their error with Consumer credit reporting agencies, and I want them to stop contacting me with this unfounded claim.

    In March 2023, I was contacted by phone advertising Internet, phone 7 Television service for $****** per month including taxes. This was to take effect on April 15, 2023. The equipment showed up at the post office and was not delivered to me because it was shipped to the wrong address. The first payment was removed on my Credit Card before the install date. When the equipment was finally installed and working I found that the T.V. Service did not work as promised. I notified the Company and they promised to look into it. For the next 5 months I had nothing but issues with this service and got no assistance from Altima. In early August I advised them that I was cancelling their service as of Sept. 1, 2023. They offered to remove the T.V. service and charge a lower fee. They were unable to solve my issue. I said no, just cancel your service. On Sept. 4, 2023 I received an invoice from them saying that I had an overdue account with an outstanding Charge of 2 months of fees. This was for a service that was not provided by them. I advised them of this and asked them to remove these charges on Sept. 7, 2023. I heard nothing back following this e-mail. I received another invoice on Oct. 7, 2023 adding another monthly payment to this outstanding account. I want them to cancel these invoices and leave me alone.

    The client's issue has been addressed;

    * account has been cancelled as requested and backdated the charges as
    of Sept 1st

    * we've provided our prepaid return label inorder for him
    to send our devices back at no cost

    * we've waived off the early termination fee due to the inconvenience
    caused .

    I hope everything is now okay and that we can part ways without any resentment. Thank you so much and have a good day!
