      Amazing family and service. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism when in their store. I also just heard about the monumental donation Appelt's made to ******** ******** to buy them a new van. Way to go Appelt's!

      We *** were mislead regarding their *** ** Rock Solid Warranty as far as the watch goes, I dropped my Monaco off there as they told me that they can change all batteries on site. I said I’d be back in an hour only to find out when I returned that “ we can’t do Movados we had to send it out to an independent jeweller and it’ll be back in a couple of days. My wife’s diamond was cracked after being ******* for nearly a month the only way we could get a diamond of equal clarity was to fork out an additional ******** Worst shopping experience I have ever had. *** ** ***** ****** ** ****** **** *** ****** * ******* **** * ****** ********* ** ***** ** **** *** ***** *** *** ******* ***** ** *** *****

      The Rock Solid Diamond Warranty does not apply on non diamond items such as a watch. The Rock Solid Diamond Warranty also does not apply to items not purchased from Appelt's Diamonds like your Movado watch.
      With respect to your diamond ring that does have the free Rock Solid Diamond warranty, there are a few details you have missed. Your diamond was purchased in November of 2010. The free Rock Solid Diamond warranty, as stated in your paperwork, states that you are given a 1 time free diamond replacement for chipping, cracking or complete loss of the diamond up to 1.5 carats for a diamond of equivalent value and specifications.
      On December 29, 2020 you came in with a chipped diamond. Your original diamond was a 0.90 SI2 G Excellent cut diamond valued at $****. At that time we proceeded with the diamond replacement no questions asked as you have a 1 time diamond replacement. After presenting you with a replacement diamond, you chose to for-go the free replacement we were giving you which was a diamond of equal value and quality to what you had as your diamond was chipped. You instead chose to apply the original price of the chipped diamond towards a different diamond and upgraded it. The diamond you chose to upgrade to was a 1.01 SI2 G diamond valued at $***** and this was completed in January of 2021. You were also told at this time by the store manager that you were using your 1 time free diamond replacement and any additional chipping, cracking or complete loss would have to be done through your home owners insurance. This information is also documented on the purchase receipt of the new diamond.
      It is also important to note, that this was not standard practice, however due to the negative experience you stated you were having we worked with you to get you a larger and more valued diamond and yes that meant you had to pay the difference between what you originally paid for the chipped diamond and then new one you were upgrading to.
      Now, when you came in again you presented us with the ring damaged and the new diamond chipped again. As our store manager explained in the store you have already used your 1 time diamond replacement with your Rock Solid Diamond Warranty as stated in your paperwork and purchase receipt, and are not eligible for another free replacement.
