      We hired this company to do some landscaping at our home. The original quote was given in the fall of 22. We paid a deposit to save a spot for the next summer. Before starting the job Stan the owner came by just to confirm the details we had discussed the previous year. I was clear about the fact that we were looking to have our property re-graded for proper drainage to the back lane, to have a privacy fence and gate put up around our parking area, to move our shed to another part of our yard, and to have the area that was taken out to allow for the re-grading to be then finished with sod, gravel, a paver path and paver patio. Job started Sept 13th and immediately we started to have issues.
      Our patio stones are crooked and have major pits and valley's. None of our gravel was compacted and is going to settle and cause grading issues. Miss matched spacing between fence posts. Not matching the paver stone sand to the colour of already existing paver patio walkway that was added to. Our main issue was that the grade from the house and the back lane as both drained into the middle of our yard. We have now had 3 different companies come and look at it and have confirmed that the grading was not done properly and our yard is still going to flood, and one portion of our foundation grading wasn't even touched because they had to access it through my neighbours yard. Major portions of our fence are not secured properly. (ex. top cap for a 10 foot section being secure with 2 screws) This is going to warp and look terrible in a year. 1/4 down gravel was used instead of a proper base material under our patio. This is also going to cause our patio to deteriorate immediately as well. A huge mess was left in both of my neighbors yards. Left cigarette butts in our yard. No care and concern or attention to detail given by this company at all. To top it all off they tried double charge us for work that they said was not included on the invoice but when we looked closer was included
