    ***** *** ********* purchasing snow removal program **** they only come when there is 3cm snowfall. This was the program I purchased. When I questioned why they weren’t coming to clear my driveway they always alluded to my having purchased the 3cm program. Consequently, from November to end of January they only cleared my driveway three times. Towards the end of January I asked to cancel my contract which they agreed to and said they would refund my money for February and March. Now near the end of April I am still waiting for my money in spite of their assurances it was being sent.

    Yes Gerry was unhappy with the service he believed he should have had. He was in Arizona the entire time but he had ******* that claimed we never showed. Our staff showed 9 times between November and December. Gerry asked for a cancelation of his contract and a refund for February and March. On Feb 13th a refund cheque was sent to Gerry. On April 17th Gerry called to say he didn't receive the cheque. After some digging, our bookeeper had to cancel that cheque and release a new one.

    Very unprofessional. Hired the to spray our lawn weeds. Almost non were killed. They did not come back and re do it or refund our money. I had to do it myself.
