    Best job on big knee high weeds in crushed lime. Loved the emails to confirm appointments and re schedule if necessary. They came did a survey of the situation and gave a good quote will use them again next year !

    My husband passed away and he was the keeper of the yard. I am in no way a gardener and my lawn was a sad looking mess. Weeds galore! Thanks to Weed Man my lawn is weed free and luscious looking. Very pleased with the results and will have them back next year!

    The customer service was crap. I had to call over 10 times to get any sort of response. I purchased the allincluse service for weed control and the crack and crevice application.
    They stated that it had been applied but clearly it had not. I told the customer service lady that if this continue I want to cancel my service and I will need to start hand pulling weeds because it was getting so excessive. I had to wait another month even though they said I was "rush" service.
    I also confirmed with an agent to get a credit for all headaches and nothing was provided. I asked for email confirmation (not the junky automated emails they send) nothing was provided. I am the one who has to call to get this scheduled and going because the service was horrendous.
    I can't explain how frustrated I am with the service. For the price you pay you'd expect better customer service.
    Just do better.
