    Over the past few days, I have been privileged to interact with Brothers Lock & Safe, *** **** **** ********* ** *** **** I was struggling to install a new lever door handle that we had received as a gift, a product that had not been purchased at Brothers Lock and Safe.
    The lever door handle is ranked highly among available products. However, the circumstances related to our door required alteration and a component replacement. Out middle-age younger daughter guided me to Brothers. The incident, and my elderly abilities, called for four visits to the gentleman who – I presume-is the manager, and likely the proprietor.
    The proprietor ‘took me back’ a great distance into the early decades of my octogenarian life in which the byword of business was service rather than sales or profit. Thus, I seek to share with you my perception that Brothers Lock and Safe stands among the exceptions of excellence in the care of customers.
