I reached out to Midland Appliance because I was looking for the part for Jenn-Air cooktop. I was very impressed with the quick response Tara sent to me. She is very kind, highly professional, and she cares. Because of such a great service she provided I will always go to Midland Appliance for the purchase and for the repair.
I wish we have more customer reps like Tara and more companies like Midland Appliance.

We have used Midland Appliance to fix our washing machine and other appliances in the past. Today we had Dave over to fix our washing machine. I will wait longer to get Dave over. He's very friendly, explains things very clearly. He is very quick, educated, professional, and is always on time. Priced very fair as well.
Midland customer service is excellent and their dispatch is always friendly and quick to book us in. Thank you Midland and Dave. 5 stars all around.Midland Appliance World
