    Feeling uneasy about this whole set up.
    In good faith paid for an 'Action pack' in Diamond Valley for FMC firefighters burn treatment centre. No receipt given at the storefront and then wondered for several days what the 'Mediascene, Winnipeg' card payment was on my statement. (* ** *** ***** * ***** **** ******* ******* ****).
    After searching eventually found some info, ****** ******* *** ******* **** ********* Website doesn't connect, ****** ********* ** *** ******* ***** *********.
    This company ****** needs ** ***** to *** be MUCH more transparent; ****** **** *** ******** ******** ** ***** **** * ***** ***** **** * ***** ** *** ** * ***** ******** ** ********* **********************

    Thank you your feedback. Yes you purchased a FireFighters Burn Fund Action Pack (folder with a few hundred dollars of complimentary offers from Alberta area businesses. All of our reps have POS terminals that print out receipts so I gather you received that (for $**). If you're referring to a tax receipt - we do not issue those - as you are purchasing the Action Pack - not making a donation-in-kind. Regarding seeing Winnipeg on the POS receipt and/or your later credit card statement - kindly know that is where our purchases/sales clear - as the Action Packs are available to purchase in 3 provinces. We have tried to add to that space to reference FFBF Action Pack however we're only allowed that many characters on the receipt top. I admit - we get a similar/same call of complaint a few times per month - as a month later when people see their statements - MediaScene is not recognized. Regarding the website - I'm not sure which website you refer - however our 1-800 number is on each receipt and is also on your statement. We continue to try to add characters to the statements. For this or any other reason please be reminded that you may return your Action Pack without reason, if you wish. Best regards. Todd
