Had a warranty issue with the bed frames we had purchased. Gary was very helpful and replaced the pieces required to fix the frames. Thank you Gary.

We’ve bought from Best Sleep Centre a number of times over the years so it was an automatic go-to when my mother needed a new mattress.

James was knowledgeable and very helpful. The whole experience went very easy. Needless to say I was sold on the plush firm as soon as I laid down on my back. I’m a side sleeper but occasionally rolls on back. To be that comfortable on my back sold me. I also bought the pillow I was trying out as it was better than the side sleeper one I had. I could really feel the difference.Best Sleep

Complaint due to mattress seam separation. Sag in mattress. Best sleep response was unprofessional. I would like the mattress replaced with new one of same type or equivalent. I spent around $******* I would expect a better product and service. As I am a repeat customer very shocked at how I was treated. Matress is still under its warrenty less then 6 weeks old. Its seam should not have let go. ( it was not lifted or carryed by its imitation handles.).Best Sleep

Don't understand your issue here. If six weeks old you have a comfort guarantee and don't need to use warranty. I'm certain this was looked after. Could you update this?
