    I got behind on my mortgage and Threshold Alex ******* / Ron ****** threatened me on a daily basis to foreclose my house. I sold my house and paid back the money owing to Threshold Mortgage. The lawyers dispersed the payment on June 6, 2025 .The year before Threshold paid for my house insurance (for the full year) on December 13, 2024 on their ledger. When I sold my house I had to cancel the insurance policy. There was a refund of $*** which was supposed to come back to me. It went back to Threshold's credit card as it was the original form of payment. The insurance company confirmed the refund was processed back on June 4/5, 2025. I have reached out to my lawyers and they emailed Threshold's lawyers for the refund last Monday June 16, 2025 and the only response I got back last Thursday, June 19, 2025 was " reached out to the client (Threshold) and will advise back as soon as we hear back. I have contacted them multiple times on the phone, it goes directly to voicemail. I sent a text to them as well as I emailed Threshold Alex ******* and the acting President Carey ******. I still have not heard a response. **** **** ****** ***** ***** **** ****** ***** *** ********** *** *** **** ** **** ********* **** **** **** ***** ** ********* *** * ***** *** ****** **** I have tried contacting them multiple times and there is NO response. They didn't bother contacting me even though they received this refund. I would like my money back.     Thank you for advising us that there was a problem with the insurance refund. Ms. **** has her money as we speak. To be clear, we were never advised that the insurance was cancelled by either the insurance company or Ms. *****  She has never contacted myself, Alex or the president of the company. and as soon as we were aware that there was a refund we contacted her and gave her a check for the full amount. All she had to do is contact one of us and it would have been resolved immediately. As for the allegations of us harassing her daily, that is an untrue, in fact we were very helpful with her over the past  three years as in we paid her property taxes annually, her fire insurance annually, her water bill arrears, and we even went so far as to purchase her a new water heater. At the time of the sale of the home, she was $**********- in arrears on her mortgage. We gave Ms. **** all the chances in the world to make her payments on time and she didn't do so and she had every excuse possible why she couldn't. We have a policy of working with our clients to help them through difficult times however, we are still running a business and  we were approaching the situation where we could have lost money. If Ms. **** had made her payments on time there would have never been an issue. ******* *** ****** **** ** *** *********** **** ** **** *** *** *** *****
