    ***** ***** ***** ** **** * **** * ************** ************* ****** I contacted Pick & Move to help in Sept, to make things easy & less of a headache. They were highly rated, reasonably priced business...I was happy to support local...but EDWIN has caused me SEVERE STRESS since. They were *initially* VERY responsive via email to secure my business, seemed like genuine, kind, honest humans. There was a 30% discount. *************. **** ********** ***** **** *** ********* I sent a $*** deposit on Sept 20, 2024 to secure a date: Sept 28. The deposit goes toward/is deducted from my FINAL TOTAL AMOUNT. BUT WASN'T. I OVERPAID (he "forgot" to remind me/let me) $*** & they LOST a $** item of mine, HE AGREED TO REIMBURSE ME $*** BUT NOW OVER A MONTH & HAS NOT EVEN AFTER MANY EMAILS. Said he would on Nov. 8 but DIDN'T!!! * **** *****.
    The move happened, it was all helpful/great... although they were at least 1-2hrs late, & I had requested 3 movers b/c I wanted it to go faster so I could spend less - should have been $****** + 5% GST ($*****) = $******...they only came with 2 movers for the 1st hour & then 3 movers for the last 2.5 hours... so I overall spent MORE than I was quoted & wanted = $*** (I rounded up the cents), which is $** MORE THAN I SHOULD'VE. For the extra 30 mins, he said he knew I wanted 3 but only got 2 movers, & so he said to transfer him what I thought was "Fair"...I transferred exact $$ based on their fees. * *** ******* ****** **** I contacted him Oct 5 informing him that I was missing 1 item **** * **** *** ***** *** ***** (black coat rack, $**) - asked him to look. He said he would look (Oct 8) but couldn't find it (Oct 18). I asked for reimbursement since lost under their watch (Oct 18). He AGREED (Oct 21). Oct 30 nothing sent. Emailed again..No reply. Emailed AGAIN Nov 6 when I found I OVERPAID, so now $*** needed. HE replied Nov7 he'd send it on Nov8. HE DIDN'T!! ****** Now Nov25, I email 5x more. PAY ME! I sent Interac REQUEST Nov 6, unfulfilled

    Pick and move was moving my stuff, and I have a witness saying that they saw a mirror and other belongings leave my old apartment. When they were moving my stuff with the last load, they didn’t tell me it was the last load. I was waiting around for 10 to 15 minutes until I realized that they were not coming back and that the truck had left. I never got to see if all my stuff had made it to my new apartment, which somethings did not when I contacted the business a day later, stating that I was missing a mirror, they said that they would check their truck. They then responded saying that there was nothing in the truck, but I did inform them that I had a witness saying that this mirror definitely made it out of my old apartment. I had asked them if I went and replaced the missing furniture and provided proof of purchase of the exact same items if they would refund me the amount. They agreed that they would refund me the amount that I spent on the new furniture, and that they would transfer the money. It has now been four days and they still have not refunded me any money and they have not been answering my messages.

    We do apologize for the inconvenience and on behalf of our movers and team. We did refund the customers, it just took a little longer but they got their refund. We sent the transfer to her ex boyfriend cole and he then sent it to her.
