********** ********* Husband got his brand new tires swapped at minute muffler, a day later there was a horrible wobble when we’d go past 70km. My husband called and spoke to a man who said to bring the truck back in, brings it in this morning and they refuse to look at it and lift it up, all they could say was that the tires were bad (when they weren’t) not even letting my husband speak….. turns out they were supposed to tell us to bring the truck back in to be retorqued and they didn’t. ********** ******* **** ** *** **** ***** ******** ****** *** **** ** ** ********* **** ** *** ** ** **** *****

The tires that were installed were used tires and not new.
The ford F150 did not have a wobble or vibration issue until the used tires were installed. Which indicates to us that the fault lies with the used tires.
At the time your husband came for the inspection, all 6 bays were full and we also had 3 people ahead of your husband waiting.
If you look at the lower part of your invoice, we have a re-torque disclaimer.
