We purchased the brand new truck from Beaver Truck Centre in Winnipeg back to September 13, 2004 which we spend $*******. We got the new truck on October 11th 2024. On our first long haul trip to Vancouver October 13th 2024, we have experienced the steering wheel problem, and we took the truck to the ***** local repair centre in Brandon right way. The truck was in the local shop for three days. After that, we went on another trip to Toronto on November 8th, the engine light was on and burning smell came into the inside cabin. We have to call the service center for road assistance, and on our way back to Winnipeg, we also experienced no sufficient power from the engine which cause significantly safer concerns as driving in the winter conditions with heavy loads. Loosing power for a long-haul truck to stall in the middle of highway can be deadly not only for our drivers but also for others. The truck went into the Winnipeg repair shop after one day service, they discharged us and we went on the road to Vancouver to carry on our trip. However, the driver had experienced the same problem and completely stalled in Calgary. As the truck was not drivable, the ***** ****** send remote crews to the site for repairing, they temporarily cleared the warning lights from the engine and asked us to drive the truck to Brandon local repair shop for a complete check. After two times attempts, the Brandon local shop referred us back to Winnipeg dealer. The Winnipeg dealer attempted to repair but all the issues were remained. So the Winnipeg dealer concluded there will need to replace with a new engine and they went to order it.
For us as a truck owner, we have spend $******* into this Brand new truck, the truck have given us all the issues since very beginning. It is completely not acceptable to us. We believe with an exchange a new truck will be the ultimate solution. We hope the BBB Central Canada can help us out!

We do not have the authority to make any decisions of this
