    I recently attempted to cancel my CFIB membership, as I was not receiving any correspondence via email from them other than billing statements. When I called the first time, I was informed that a stranger's name & email address had been added to my CFIB account. The person on the other end of the line told me that she worked in the HR department and would pass on my concerns to the appropriate department. My call was not redirected and I was to wait for a call back. I did not receive a call back. The second time I called CFIB, I spoke with a woman who dealt with 'Member Payments.' She told me that **** *** *********** ***** *** *** ***** *** **** she would forward my concerns to the appropriate personnel. At first, I was thinking that this must be credit card fraud, but as I live in a small town, I was able to find the stranger's contact information and asked him what had happened. The person said that he had signed up for a CFIB membership ******* **** *** *** *** **** ** *** ****** This *** sounds to me as though it is a clerical error. I do not believe I should have been charged membership fees beginning the day that the stranger's name was added to my account, and all CFIB emails were redirected to his. I received zero membership benefits during this time. I would like my money refunded. * **** ***** ***** * ********* ******* *** ****** ******** ****** ******* *** has been extremely difficult to get in contact with someone at CFIB who can properly address my concerns.
