Placed an order through the Red Rebel Armour website on August 30th, 2024.
I had been seeing a lot of ads for this company through social media, *** ***** * **** * ****** ** ******* **** ********** ******** **********, I was excited to place an order with them.
When I went to place my order, I saw that they also had shoes available for preorder that were supposed to be sustainably made, and since pink is one of my favorite colors, I decided that it would be worth paying a lot more than I usually would for shoes ** ***** ** ******* ********** ******** and sustainably made footwear.
Received all the items from the order except for the Pink Aki Classic shoes, which were supposed to be a pre-order item, since they had to have a minimum number of orders to make the shoes.
I have still not received the shoes, and multiple attempts to contact the business were not replied to; I have only one reply from them via Facebook messenger on October 27th, 2024 saying they were a couple of pairs away from production. I have received no other updates from them since with regards to this.
I would either like the shoes, or my money back.
The shoes were $****** +tax, so I am disputing $****** plus 15%, so approximately $******.

I ordered from this company at the end of August, it stated on the website 3 to 7 day delivery. I am still waiting for the clothing that I ordered. I placed an order for a hoodie in early November. It says three to five business days before it will ship on their website. So I had an event coming up and I thought well. I ordered a sweater from this company on December 7th 2023. It was supposed to ship in 3-7 days. I waited those allotted days and then emailed, called, sent Facebook messages and messaged their "bot" on their website. All to no avail. The number I called from their website has an answering machine with a completely different phone number as their message. So I also called that number to no avail. Order made on 9/10/2023 for a hoodie and a sweatshirt totaling $******* As of 9/11/2023 the money was out of my account at ********* ****** ****** On the order it stated delivery within 3-7 days. On 9/20 I inquired about the delivery. The status on Shop still stated only that the order was made. I received an auto-generated response about the tracking number which I have and I replied as such. On 9/24 I received an email stating there was a delay due to ******** ******* and ****** ****. I had not received any update by 9/30 so I emailed back, again with a auto-generated but no real response. By 10/2 I decided to cancel the order and stated as such on an email. I placed an online order with Red Rebel Armour and paid via Interac e-transfer on July 17, 2023, in the amount of $****** CAD.
As the company has autodeposit configured for their Interact e-transfer email address, my payment was automatically deposited.
That same day, I replied to the company’s order confirmation email to cancel my order and request a refund (something their cancellation and refund policies allows).
The company confirmed the cancellation of my order, by email, on July 22, 2023, but did not refund my payment. Despite follow-up emails from me since then, the company has not refunded my payment.Business Response
