    Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They have had my parts for 2 years. Have had to redo a few pieces a couple of times. Have never received a receipt when paying cash. ******* ****** ****** ** ** ***** ** **** ***** paid for parts two years ago didn’t receive a receipt. Now went back to get my two moldings that have sat there two years still not done. Refuse to return pieces and my son took two parts for a motorcycle to get chromed paid for them then had to redo one piece. Was told three weeks been two months now refuses to return the part until I pay for work that already paid for. ** ***** ** *** **** **** quotes one price then changes it. He has 5 cores that he took to replate on trade for work. Now doesn’t want them but refuses to return them.     **** ****** My stuff will be ready in January, no February, no March. Still NOT READY.
    If you actually phone this business, all calls are automatically qued to the owners cell.
    And better yet, you have no way of even knowing you have reached the business.
    And you think you got hung up on, but are not sure.

    Turntime on all jobs is 8 to 13 weeks. On jobs that are more involved turntime will exceed 13 weeks. In this case we had to restore a window frame and a radiator shell. Both needed extensive repairs and restoration.
