    Cannot get a different plumber as the other plumber said the work done was incorrect. Other plumber is only willing to deduct $*** for 3 hours of breaking concrete.
    Need Centurion/Phil to just follow through with the agreement and scope of work as stated in his quotation.
    Permits paid for cannot be transferred to other plumbers. I will be paying another permit cost if I get another plumber.
    Concrete work that Phil has had completed but was not in agreed scope of work which he said was worth $***, will be resolved but need to stick to scope of work next time.

    *** *** ****** ** *****  I did receive a deposit of 30% .  I might add I also gave her a 10% discount because she *** ****** *** *** already had given money to another contractor that had worked on the plumbing without permits.  I also finished a laundry for her tenants and a plumbing rough in for a kitchen.  I did cement the floor so the tenants can have a functioning laundry.  At this point I was not interested in finishing the plumbing for her because she is too difficult to deal with.  I also dispute her and the so-called other plumbers claim that plumbing I did is wrong.  I let her use my jackhammer at no expense to break concrete.  I recommended getting another plumber to do the work.  *** ******* **** ** *** *** ******* ****** ******* *** ** ***** *** ******* ** *** *** ********* *** ** ****** *** **** *** ***** **** ******* ********

    I am not going back.  *** ** ********** *** *** ** ***** *** ** *** *** ** **** ** ********* *****  I want her to stop harassing me , ** ********** ** *** ********* and an apology.  If she doesn’t I want the name of the other plumber.  * **** ****** ** ** ******* *** * **** *** *** *** *** ***** ******* *** ****** ***** ********** ***** ** ******* ** ** ****** ** **** **.  I am giving her until July 23, 2024 for the apology *** *** ********** ** *** ********* *

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1. another plumber told me that what he did was incorrect.

    2. He got paid **** and he completed work costing $*** according to a plumber I asked.

    3. Centurion plumbing entered into an agreement and was paid 30% including permit fees. He does not want to finish the job nor return the deposit. He claims his work is correct. 

    4. The work he has completed is far from the 30% he got paid for based on another plumber's assessment.

    5. I lost $***** The contract and receipt is proof of me doing my part of the agreement. He has excuses upon excuses to ensure he keeps the money while not completing the work he is supposed to do.

    I am not giving her back one dime,  *** ** ******* *** *******.  I want a statement from the " other Plumber stating his/her fully name and company the work done is only worth $******.  Also, ** not happy when a person threatens to sue me  *** **** ** *********** ******* ***** **** **** ***  I am removing my permit from this job and she can get someone else . *** * **** *** *** ***** ******* ********** ******* **** ****
