1 starThe technician/installer cracked a pipe under my kitchen sink while connecting a new pipe, so that had to be replaced, and they had to replace the entire kitchen faucet along with it! They showed me four options. I chose the most expensive one. The technician left my home to go get the replacement, and then came back and installed it, and left after I paid. Only after they left did I notice that they had installed a cheap plastic model from **** *****, worth far less than the chrome model I had chosen. The installer/technician was the one who went to get it, so he knew what he was getting. *** ******* **** ************ The sticker on our (under the sink) wall for the model that they actually installed shows the model as *****, which **** ***** sells for $***, and is plastic. The faucet that shows on our PDF receipt, for which I paid them $*** to install, is ******, and it is $*** at ****... 1 starVery disappointed with the service I got from Mr.Rooter. A tenant of mine called them and we spent $****** for them to come out and attempt to fix clogged drain... Said they couldn't do it, and claimed we would need to dig the ground to fix the problem. Quote was over $**********

Colby is excellent. He explained everything clearly. Stated price before he started working. Offered us useful tips and educated us. Very kind, friendly, and professional. Reasonably priced as well. Came right on time. Prepped area very well. Left area very clean.
