1 starVery disappointed with the service I got from Mr.Rooter. A tenant of mine called them and we spent $****** for them to come out and attempt to fix clogged drain... Said they couldn't do it, and claimed we would need to dig the ground to fix the problem. Colby is excellent. He explained everything clearly. Stated price before he started working. Offered us useful tips and educated us. Very kind, friendly, and professional. Reasonably priced as well. Came right on time. Prepped area very well. Left area very clean.
