Please be advised, in June of 2018 we purchased a Goodman Central Air conditioning system from Balcaen & Sons plumbing, heating & air conditioning. Recently, we had been experiencing some issues with the unit.
We called Balcaen & Sons to report our concerns with the system and issues we were experiencing. It must be noted that John Christoph, General Manager and his team were excellent in their response. They showed patience, professionalism and tenacity in identifying and resolving the issue. *************************************************************** *********
