  100% disappointed
  In 2020, we hired Krevco to build our pool, influenced by our friends' recommendations and impressed by the specifications and construction quality. Despite a higher price quote ($************* more than competitors), we decided to proceed due to the salesperson, Kevin C., who was knowledgeable and guided us through the sales process efficiently.
  However, the project faced delays, initially scheduled for early 2020 but pushed to the end of the year due to the pandemic. Understanding the situation, we accepted the delay.
  We discussed the pool placement with the contractor, Jeff, debating between the more level south side of the yard and the aesthetically pleasing center, which had a low area collecting water in spring. Jeff assured us that Krevco's techniques would make it feasible to build in the center without issues.
  ******* ************, who poured the concrete, expressed surprise at Krevco's confidence in building on uneven ground. Despite raising these concerns with Krevco, we were assured there would be no problems.
  In 2021, the pool functioned well. However, by 2022, the pool deck began to sink in the problematic corner. Despite notifying Krevco, no action was taken. In 2023, after reminding them again, Jeff came out but failed to follow up.
  In 2024, Alex from the construction department visited, and we were given a $****** repair quote without Krevco taking responsibility for the damage or offering a warranty for our landscaped yard. This response was unacceptable, given the initial assurances during planning.
  We are now seeking a solution from another provider.
  We requested a call from the owner, but after over a week of waiting and two years of attempts to resolve the issue, we are left frustrated.

  Hi Peter,
  I am terribly sorry with the ongoing issues that you are having with your pool.
  I remember the first time that I was in your backyard and commented to you that the 3 yards that abut to yours were all graded, so any water runoff is going directly into your yard.
  Yes, you did confirm this with me, and I explained that that you will need to landscape your yard to correct this problem once the pool is complete. At the time of excavation, we offered to leave some of the fill on site so you could raise your yard and you declined as you were not sure how you wanted the landscaping finished.
  The pool was built level and to the engineered drawing with a continuous concrete footing at the base.
  The issue with the pool sinking in the Northwest corner is that the yard was never raised to stop the water runoff from continuing to collect in that area, thus washing away at the back fill causing a void to form.
  Until the water issues are corrected the pool will continue to sink.
  This is not a warranty issue as it is due to the water table in that area.
  We have offered to do the repair work with the quote supplied to you to have the walls re-leveled and the concrete repaired. This fix still does not come with any warranty due to the ongoing issues with your neighbors’ yards draining into yours.

  Krevco replaced our inground pool liner, did some concrete work, replaced the jets, and did some underground plumbing. They did an excellent job. It looks great. I would recommend Krevco for pool renovation work. Everything went smoothly.

  We love our hot tub. We purchased it in May of 2020 which we put a down payment on "In Stock" only to be informed that it was sold and we had to wait until September to have another installed. Now present year, after 7 attempts since August of 2022 of phone calls and showing up in person at the store, to try to talk to a service technician about issues we are having, we still have not received one call back. We are now forced to rely on youtube videos to try to figure out the problem on our own. Please do better with your customer service. Hard to sell great customer service when you can't return a current customers phone calls. Didn't want to resort to negative feedback but we are unsatisfied with the service you claim to be able offer people. Still a great product, terrible customer service.
