    Nature of the dispute: Steven ****** (formerly with *** **********) offered school clothing to our staff and parent community through website sales, took payment, and never fulfilled the orders.
    Whether or not business tried to resolve problem: Steven kept promising to find alternate designers and printers, stated he would attempt to fulfill the orders under a new business, then eventually said he would e-transfer a refund, however no refund has been issued.

    The order was placed through my former employer, TNM Promotions. Unfortunately, *** ********** was forced to close their doors due to the declining Health of the owner.

     

    I have started out on my own, but finding it hard to honour orders placed with my former employer. How would the client like me to handle this?

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Steve ****** has continually responded with he has the garments. I* ** ***** ***** ****** *** *********  As early as May and as recently of Nov. 3rd he has written that he has received the decorated garments. He wrote on October 25, he was picking up the finished garments from the decorator. Does he have the garments? 
    These orders were promised to be delivered the first week of May. There was no  communication from Steve ******. I had to write to him, only to be promised 2 weeks. For the next 3 months and all my communication with him, he just kept promising personally delivered by end of month. The was no communication regarding *** going out of business until Sept 7. He still promised to complete orders by end of September.

    er to Steve ****** on Nov. 1/23 asking for a resolution to this situation *** ****** *** ************ *** *** ********* Steve did not offer any resolution only excuses about changing owner ship,
    decorated problems. He said that he has tried to reach out to all students to explain delays and offer refunds. He again said all orders will be delivered in Nov, * ******* **** ** ** ******* I have received an email from a parent saying he has not given refunds as asked and has ghosted other parents. The school has received many phone calls asking about the orders. If he was picking up the completed orders on Oct.25/23 why are students having to wait another month? I have all my emails with Steve ****** t* ***** ** ** ***** *********. The students just want their Grad clothing or refunds. Hoping you can help. All orders went directly to Steve at *** *********. I am not aware of how many students ordered.

    I appreciate your concern. As of today, *** ********** is no longer in business due to insolvency. I was just an employee of *** and had no financial interest in the company. I lost my job and income. I am doing my best with my new company to fulfill the order and present refunds to those that require it. Unfortunately this has to come out of my pocket and cash flow is very tight right now. The garments are with a decorator and once completed with be delivered to each student.

    I am not lying about the garments. The hoodies are in with my decorator, who is a separate company who we contracted out to complete the project. They have assured me that they will complete the project for me as a personal favour. Due to my present circumstances and with *** ********** no longer being in business, I have to wait for them to be completed before delivering the items to the customers. In addition, please note that every customer was offered the choice to wait for the items or they could request a refund.
