    On July 25th, I requested Jesse to clean my eves, which he attended and completed. He identified an issue with my chimney and quoted a price of $***** to fix it. He advised he would return later that week with the material to complete. I paid him in cash for the eves cleaning and the chimney repair as I have not had any issues in the past with his work. I also discussed wanting to install gutter guards on the eves, which he indicated he could complete. He later provided photos of 2 options and I chose the option offered by ******. I e-transfered $****** for him to purchase the next day. I also checked online and confirmed that if ordered they would be delivered in about 10 days. I checked in store myself and knew they were only available online. I began following up with him on Aug 7th to confirm if he received the product, and when the job would be complete. He dodged my texts and calls and would not confirm the order, then apologized and gave me excuses that he would follow up the next day. On Aug 14th I requested an update if the order was received, and further requested if received that the order be returned to ****** and my money refunded, but nothing has been done or acknowledged. My last follow up call & text was Aug 17th, he promised me a call the next day, and once again failed to contact me. I am out $****** and have had to contact someone else to complete the service on my chimney, and would like my money refunded.
