      The Kimberly location used to be a clean/safe place. Ever since the property managers moved out of their onsight townhouse, the place has gone downhill, fast! The exterior is falling apart and garbage is everywhere! Rent keeps going up but the upkeep of the place keeps going downhill.

      While they have been pretty good about working with me during tough times when I was a bit late on rent, they also don't go the extra mile. When repairs were needed, it was always the cheapest fix possible. I was with them for many years. My rent was affordable so I continued to stay there. My main complaint is after I left. We were all given notice to move out as they wanted to renovate the place to raise the rent. As part of the process they are required to reimburse moving expenses up to $500. Well, it has been 3-1/2 months and they have not reimbursed anyone to my knowledge and do not answer my calls. I am beginning to think they have no intention of doing so. I could enter a complaint with the *********** ********* ******, but that costs $50. Because they have been reasonable with me, I am being reasonable with them. I am starting to really wonder though if they are just going to ignore me *** *** ***** ******* ******** If I don't get a reply after four months, I fear I will have to file a complaint. I'd much rather not. They were not exactly top-notch, but they have been fair with me up to this point which I do appreciate. Not returning calls has been an issue for a very long time though, and it appears they still have no intention of answering my calls or responding. * ** ********** **** **** ******* ** *** ** **** ** ** ******* ** ***** *** ******* * ******* * ****** ***** *** ** ***** **** **** **** ** **** *** **** **** ** *** ********* ** ** *** ********* **** *** *** **** **** ********** I thought I paid a month's deposit, but perhaps it was half, because that's what I got back. I did get my full pet deposit back as that was an additional deposit added later after several years renting from them. We were all suddenly given two weeks to come up with the additional month's rent or lose our cats. I got back about 1.5 month's rent a couple months after leaving, but was expecting two. * ****** ***** ** ****** ** *** **** ***** ** *******
