    Fantastic service and response to an outage last night. Power out around 10:30 PM, back in service between midnight and 1 AM! This is a rural address outside Brandon and I can't say enough about the folks at Hydro and the response. Hat off, in a world where customer service is sorely lacking you guys rock!! Never change, we all appreciate the hard work and dedication.

    I have online account - there was an issue with billing/preauthorized payments and there is no way to chat with them on line or send a message. There is also no way to set up on line appointment. Their online portal now needs since usually I can do a live chat, send info or book scheduled appt. I tried calling and could not get thru on main 204 line - kept saying this number is not available. Called toll free number and had to push many many # to get to right department. Waited on hold 70 minutes and finally hung up !!! Opted for next day call back - not really helpful since it says after 800 am only. Am * ******** ** ** ********* *** ****  **** ***** ** ******* ****** ** ** ******* *** ****** **** ** **** *** * ** **  VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

    Manitoba hydro needs more people answering the phones!!!! ***** **** *** ****** ********* Sitting on hold for one hour the first time and another 45 minutes the second time! Never did get through and will drive to town to go to the office in person. This is simply not acceptable service! **** ****** ** ******* ** ***********

    No ones answering the phone, been on hold for 1 1/2 hrs and yeah you hear the beep then wala you get disconnected.     To the ***** that came to the ********** area to do metre readings next time close my backyard side door. We’ve had a lot of break-ins and people stealing from our cars, ***** ***** *** ******** ** ******** *** on top of that the guy cut through my yard to get to my neighbours yard. Super unprofessional. ****** **** ** ******* *** ******* *********

    Read my meter incorrectly....took $1200 for 1 month. I called to report this by phone and submitted correct readings....my bill should have been under $200. There is no email for customer service ..the email they provided comes back as no longer valid..I can't document the issue. I called on sept 20 and they said I would receive a refund cheque ...but I have not received it. I am super upset that the took a year in advance money from my account...and no one will respond or help solve this. Terrible ******** ************* ** ******** *******
